Delivery and refunds

RevCycle is a software service delivered over the internet (SaaS). This page explains how a subscription is delivered and cancelled, and when fees are refunded. Full terms are in the Terms of service.
1. Delivery
RevCycle is not a physical product: nothing is shipped and there is no delivery fee. Once payment is confirmed, the purchased plan is active on your account immediately and the service is available at app.userevcycle.com. Payment and invoice details are sent to your account email.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to hi@userevcycle.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged for the next period.
3. Refunds
Fees for a period that has started are not refunded. Duplicate or incorrect charges, and periods in which the service could not be provided because of RevCycle, are refunded. Send refund requests to hi@userevcycle.com. Approved refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days; when the amount appears depends on your bank.
4. Right of withdrawal
RevCycle is provided for companies' business use. For anyone buying as a consumer, services performed instantly in electronic form are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.
