RevCycle
CRM autopilot

The call ends, the CRM updates itself

RevCycle writes what was said into the CRM fields you choose. Every value links to the sentence it came from, and undoes in one click.

Example: on a Jul 14 call, Marek Duval from Halden Software says they will start with twelve users, asks for the contract this week and agrees to a legal review on July 18. When the call ends, RevCycle writes Seats 12, Stage Contract sent and Next step Legal review, Jul 18 to the Pipedrive deal.

You decide which fields get filled

Standard and custom fields are both on the list. RevCycle suggests the ones that come up most in calls. Up to 30 fields per record type.

Example field mapping for Pipedrive deals: Stage, Expected close date, Next step, Seats, SSO requirement and Probability selected, 6 of 30 fields.

It writes, shows its proof, and asks when unsure

What is clear goes straight to your CRM. When something contradicts the record, the call stays yours.

Example: the Halden Software field Data hosting reads EU only. Its source is an email from Ines Holmqvist on Jul 12: Security needs the data hosted in the EU before we sign.

Every value shows where it came from

Open any field to see the emails and calls behind it, with the exact sentence marked.

Example: Deal value is $31,500 in Pipedrive and $38,000 from the call. You pick $38,000 and approve; it is saved.

Conflicts come to you

When a value would overwrite the record, you pick the one that stays.

Example: after the Jul 14 call Seats was written as 12. Undo sets it back to 20.

One tap puts it back

Undo returns the field to its old value. The change stays listed on the meeting page.

Works with the CRM you already use

Field mapping, sources and undo work the same in each. An admin connects it once for the whole team.

Questions

Every field written to your CRM has an Undo next to it on the meeting page; the field goes back to its previous value. Click the timestamp to hear the moment the value was said.

No. Values that come out of the call clearly are written directly and listed on the meeting page. Cases like an amount that contradicts the record come to you in Actions.

The connection runs both ways. Close a stage or a task in your CRM, and the matching item in RevCycle closes on its own.
