RevCycle
Meetings

The meeting ends. So does the work.

RevCycle preps you for every customer meeting, records it and makes sense of it. The summary, next steps and CRM update are ready before you leave the meeting.

Example meeting page for the Halden Software proposal meeting on Jul 14: four tasks were done automatically after the meeting, a summary is ready, a follow-up email and a stage change wait for approval, and confirming the hosting region is left for the rep.

Before

Walk into every meeting prepared.

Before the meeting, a brief lands in your inbox: goals, likely objections, previous meetings and CRM status.

Example brief emailed 30 minutes before the Halden Software proposal meeting: the customer is ready on price and the real question is data hosting; goal, likely objection, last meeting and deal stage.

The meeting type (sales, customer success, internal) is identified, and the summary, CRM update and coaching follow it.

During

You talk. RevCycle listens.

Connect your calendar and choose which meetings get recorded: all of them, only customer meetings or only internal ones. You can also paste a link to send the bot right away, or upload a recording.

Three ways to record: an auto-record rule on your calendar, sending the bot to a meeting link, or uploading audio, video or a transcript.

You can also upload a recording. Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

After

What was said, what was promised, what comes next.

The summary and decisions are ready. Emails and invites to the customer wait for your approval; once they are sent, the task closes on its own.

Example next steps after the Halden Software proposal meeting: the follow-up email is sent and its task closes on its own. The recording shows key moments: budget approval, a seat count of 12, a promise to confirm hosting, and an open question about backups.

To the CRM

Let the CRM fill itself in.

The summary note and fields are written to Pipedrive, HubSpot and Zoho. What is certain goes in automatically; what isn't waits for your approval.

Example: Marek Duval says “we want to start with 12 seats” at 19:25, and the Seats field on the Halden Software deal in Pipedrive is set to 12 when the call ends. A close date it is not sure about waits for approval.

Fields it isn't sure about, like the close date, wait for your approval.

To the team

One person's meeting becomes the team's knowledge.

Coaching, sharing and export for sales meetings. You decide who sees what. No personal metrics are kept for internal meetings.

Example coaching scorecard for Nora Beckett's proposal meeting with Halden Software: a meeting score of 62 out of 100, scores for discovery depth, question quality and talk-listen balance, and a question she could have asked at 19:25. The meeting can be shared with a teammate as the summary only, with the transcript or in full, exported as PDF or Word, or sent to Slack.

Share the summary with your team, download it as PDF or Word, or send it to a Slack channel.

Ask Buddy

Every meeting becomes part of Ask Buddy's memory.

Example: asked “What did I promise?” about this meeting, Ask Buddy answers that you made two promises, confirming the hosting region by Jul 16 and a revised proposal for 12 seats by Jul 18, each linked to the moment in the meeting.

Trust and privacy

Recording notice

If you want, the bot posts in the meeting chat when recording starts.

Visibility follows roles

People see only the meetings they have access to. While the coaching scorecard is turned off, only you see it.

You own the meeting

Edit it, share it or delete it. It is your decision.

Frequently asked questions

It joins the meeting on your calendar as an attendee named RevCycle. You choose which meetings it joins, or paste a link to send it right away.

Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. For a meeting held anywhere else, you can upload the audio, video or transcript file.

For meetings in Turkish and English, the summary and next steps are written in the language of the meeting. When you upload a recording, you choose its language. If you correct a line in the transcript, the summary, coaching and CRM fields update to match the new text.

Fields it is certain about are written automatically, and each one can be undone in one click. The ones it is not sure about wait for your approval.

Recordings are kept in your RevCycle account. Roles and sharing settings decide who sees what, and you can edit, share or delete a meeting at any time. Fields that a deleted meeting wrote to Pipedrive stay as they are.
