To use the service, you must:

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
Obtain any required consent before recording meetings
Comply with applicable data protection laws
Ensure your use of integrations is lawful
Use the service in good faith
Data ownership
You retain ownership of all customer data submitted to the platform.
You grant RevCycle a limited, non-exclusive license to process data solely for the purpose of providing the services.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement.
Integrations
RevCycle may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party platform availability or policies.
Fees & Payment
If your subscription includes paid services:
Fees are defined in your commercial agreement
Payments are due according to agreed terms
Failure to pay may result in suspension
Service availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be modified or discontinued.

Disclaimer

We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevCycle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the contracting entity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
